Alta Irpinia Is my celebration of the cuisine of Irpinia, the land of my father, as well as the culture and flavors of Italy itself. But also, this is an homage to the history of my family, and many like us, who’ve embodied the traditions, hard work, and perseverance of the people of this Southern Italian region.

In Suffern, we will be offering our favorite flavors from every region of Italy, focusing greatly on the Irpinia area of Campania. Homemade, domestic, and imported cheeses and salumi, wood fired food and pizza, select Italian groceries, lots of cooking classes, and the best of ingredients and traditions.
